Green xl set against aphids is extremely suitable. Louse causes irritation such as itching that will cause the horse to bite its socks or stomp its leg. Bald spots on the coat. The louse often remains not only on the legs but can crawl all over the body.
Lice are usually transmitted through saddles, blankets and brushes. Therefore, it is also very important to use your own brushes and definitely not others'. Some mites can survive in the environment for several weeks.
What products against mites?
Green XL Horse Shampoo is a biodegradable foam cleanser with added probiotics. Probiotics means that it is not chemical. This gives the shampoo a double effect for your horse's optimal hygiene, namely:
- Removal of trapped residual dirt
- The balance of the microflora on your horse is restored within the foreseeable future.
Usage: Wash 2 to 3 days with this shampoo to wash the affected areas and kill and remove the louse.
Shampoo contains: Probiotics, water, natural soaps and cellulose.
Anti lice cream:
For persistent lice infections, anti lice creams can be used.
Usage: If the area to be treated is a (fresh) wound, first rinse thoroughly and clean with GreenXL Shampoo if necessary. Skin repair horse cream/zlaf may be applied in a thin layer with a clean hand or sterile gauze pad to the area to be treated.
This horse cream/ointment is perfect for horses in temporary or long-term need of a skin-improving product. Thanks to the combination of moisturising, conditioning ingredients and a high dose of probiotics, it is possible to quickly restore irritated or damaged skin.
Universal cleaner:
Your horse is in good health, it is important to keep your horse from being infected by lice and/or bacteria. With Green XL Universal Cleaner cleans all the accessories you use when riding, such as caps, boots, brushes, blankets, etc. Because the Universal Cleaner contains at least 50 million good bacteria in its probiotics, it ensures that the food source of the bad louse and/or bacteria is completely eliminated.
Cleaning agents:
It is important to regularly clean stables and other environments where horses stay to prevent infectious louse growth. To do this, use cleaning products specially formulated to control lice such as Green XL Universal Cleaner.
